Institutions and FDI strategies to and from Russia

This research theme comprises a number of studies, analyzing how the institutional differences across Russian regions influence foreign firms’ entry strategies, including the choice of location and ownership structure for the Russian subsidiary. The data applied in the analysis come from the enterprise registry of the Russian state statistical authority Rosstat. CEMAT is the first foreign organization, which has acquired these data.
